Refund Policy
1. Digital Products (e.g., Meal Plans, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered (via download or email), no refunds will be issued.
2. One-on-One Coaching & Consultations

Cancellations: Clients may cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule.
 - 
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.
 - 
Package Refunds: If you’ve purchased a package of coaching sessions and are unsatisfied after your first session, you may request a partial refund (minus the cost of the first session and any used sessions). No refunds will be issued after two or more sessions have been completed.
